Payment
Payment for all orders can be concluded via credit cards through PayPal, the industrial standard for online transactions and 100% secured against fraud.
Refunds and Exchanges
Heatherdesigns DOES NOT give refunds for purchases made.
We accept exchanges only if the items received are of an unsatisfactory condition; containing a manufacturing defect or inherently unfit for its purpose. All items are thoroughly checked and inspected by heatherdesigns before shipping so we do not accept damaged Luxe items (cracks or chips in the semi-precious stones).
See Shipping Risk for more details. In this case, the item must be returned in a new and unused condition. There is no refund of shipping and handling charges or any tax you may incur post-shipment.
Heatherdesigns DOES NOT accept exchanges due to CHANGE OF MIND.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us and we care about how information from your order is used and shared. However pleased be advised that cross border shipments may be subject to inspection and may be opened by the local custom authorities.
Heatherdesigns will provide all the necessary descriptions and information on the courier order forms to facilitate customs clearance and compliance.
Shipping & Handling
All items come packaged in a gift box unless otherwise specified (depending on size and number of pieces sent). If in doubt, do contact us to discuss further prior to placing an order with us.
Local Shipping (Singapore)
We charge a flat fee of SGD5 for all orders within Singapore. Shipping is free for all orders above SGD300.
We only ship to personal (home) addresses and not to Company Mail Rooms or PO Boxes.
If you expect to travel or expect not to be at home to take delivery, you can arrange with us to temporarily hold shipping your package until a more convenient time.
Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving payment.
All parcels will be sent by Singpost REGISTERED AIR MAIL in a bubble mailer and a Registered Article Number will be sent to you via email after the parcel is posted.
It usually takes 2-4 business days for Singpost deliveries within Singapore (but possibly longer during major public holidays like Chinese New Year or Christmas).
International Shipping
Not available at the moment. Kindly drop us a mail if you're an international visitor.
International shipping will be via an Air Parcel Courier Service. Shipping costs start from USD$30 for parcels weighing 500 grams or less.
If your purchase is USD$1000 - $2999, the cost will be a flat rate of USD$40.
We will provide free shipping for orders USD2000 and above.
It will take about 14-21 business days to reach your doorstep (but possibly longer, depending on customs and major public holidays like Christmas/New Year).
Shipping Risk & Tax
Heatherdesigns cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged goods once the parcel has been handed over to the post office or courier service.
Customs Duties/Tax
Any customs duties or taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Heatherdesigns reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
Insurance for International Shipping
If you decide to opt for normal postage (vs Courier services) then Insurance is highly recommended. Insurance costs will be additional to regular postal charges. We recommend the courier service as it comes to the same charge in the end.
